The wood is processed in several stages which includes the application of a preservative, the application of a fire retardant coating for extra safety and, lastly, the application of a polyurethane marine varnish for elegant appearance, durability, toughness and UV protection. The aluminum shade is powder coated. The brass tube and other brass parts go through a special oxidation process obtaining a nice antique finish. The ceiling canopy is made of olive wood and so is the centre part. Pendants are available in 1, 2 or 4 light versions with E27 thermoplastic lampholders. The superb cosy vintage look is finalised with the brown fabric cable.

Combined with the wall and table lights of the elia vintage series, all form a new decorative trend to suit any demanding taste for use in either domestic or professional areas.

Faux leather is attached at the bottom of the base that protects the surfaces it lies on, makes it non-slip and gives a sence of luxury.
